Please read these terms carefully before using Writify.

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Mysticbits Oü ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Writify application ("App" or "Service").
IMPORTANT: This Agreement is between you and Mysticbits Oü, NOT Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. By downloading, installing, or using Writify, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Writify on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Writify offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Writify PRO") that provides access to premium features including:
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription Periods and Pricing: Writify PRO is available in the following subscription periods:
Annual subscriptions offer approximately 27% savings compared to monthly billing. Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. If we change subscription prices, we will notify you in advance in accordance with applicable law. Continued use after a price change indicates acceptance of the new price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. To cancel:
If we offer a free trial, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Writify uses Apple Intelligence and other AI technologies to assist with writing and content generation. AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may:
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before use. AI outputs should NOT be relied upon as:
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT. Use of AI features is entirely at your own risk.
Content generated using AI tools may have limited or no copyright protection under current law. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of any documents, text, and other content you create using Writify ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree NOT to create, store, or transmit content that:
You are solely responsible for all content you create or store using Writify. We do not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for User Content.
Your use of Writify is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Writify uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your documents across your devices. Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
When you use AI features, your text input may be processed by Apple Intelligence on your device. We do not have access to, store, or share the content of your AI interactions beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to the App. We may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our products or to provide services or technologies to you.
The App may enable access to our and/or third-party services and websites (collectively and individually, "External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services, and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services.
Data displayed by the App or any External Service, including but not limited to financial, medical, and location information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by us or our agents.
You will not use the External Services in any manner that:
We are not responsible for any such prohibited use by you or any other user.
External Services may not be available in all languages or in your country, and may not be appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to use such External Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. We reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, disable, or impose access restrictions or limits on any External Services at any time without notice or liability to you.
Writify and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mysticbits Oü and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Estonia and foreign countries.
You may not use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mysticbits Oü.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYSTICBITS OÜ BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
